I highly recommend Kelly Rogers for your real estate needs! We started looking for a condo in the Park City area spring of 2021 and we were fortunate to have Kelly recommended to us. We are extremely happy she was our Realtor. The market at that time was insane and good properties were going fast. We needed an experienced Realtor that not only knew the area, but one that had a good relationship with other Realtors. Kelly is awesome, and she doesn’t mess around. Day one she took the time to understand exactly what type of property we wanted and our budget. We were new to the mountains so her in depth knowledge of Park City and the surrounding areas was a huge help. We eventually settled on a condo in the Canyons area, but inventory was limited. She kept us calm and wouldn’t let us settle. When the perfect condo hit the market, within minutes, we had a contract submitted and accepted. She knows how to get a property under contract fast! She is exactly the type of Realtor you need in an aggressive market. Getting under contract we learned is only half the battle. There will likely be issues. For us, we needed to negotiate a 1031 exchange. When it got stressful, Kelly kept us calm, got us the extensions we needed and guided us every step of the way. Also, condo financing can be difficult in Park City, but she has connections with the best local lenders that can finance these unique properties. Bottom line, my wife and I bought the perfect condo at a great price and it honestly wouldn’t have happened without Kelly as our Realtor. I would absolutely recommend Kelly as she is hands down the best!
